After a short walk, we entered the first canyon.
My group of three were led by a wonderful Navajo guide! We were driven a short distance and dropped off, on what looked like a desert area. The arrival site is simple, a stop along the highway. Along the way, someone suggested we might like the slot canyons at Waterhole Canyon. Waterhole Canyon was a highlight of our trip to Arizona! As we explored around, we first went to the usual places – Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon – which are both beautiful places to be.
